This was highly interesting. Could one benefit directly from a lecture in History, Sascha thought. But in the same moment he questioned its importance, at least to him, since no one in his school knew he was gay. This is good, he thought, because that way he is not a target for hostility from fellow classmates.
On the other hand, he had already often thought to himself, wouldn't it be great if he didn't have to play a role with his friends all the time. Wouldn't it be nice if he didn't have to lie about who he really was. Unfortunately, coming out at this point in time was simply unthinkable -- especially regarding his Mother. She would not accept his feelings of sexual and emotional attraction to other guys.
Sascha realized he had to find others who were like him….other gay boys and girls who would understand and accept. But where to look. He really didn't want to go through all the 312'497 documents.
Perhaps, he thought, a good source would be the Internet. Maybe that's how he could find similar people in his region.
